Our Story
With over 30 years in the service industry, our founder, Mark Fleming, wanted a better way to manage his work load. Weeks of searching produced no results so he decided to create his own solution. He discovered how easy it was to use FileMaker Pro and hit the ground running. Selling his first copy of The Desktop Dispatcher in 2000, we've seen many changes to both the software and the platforms it operates on.

Controled Growth
Over the years, we've worked hard to create a solution that can work for any size company and in any service industry. Locksmiths, (where Mark got his start) plumbers, electricians, septic, inspectors, HVAC and more, have all benefited from our solutions. Along the way, the software we used to create TDD, FIleMaker Pro, grew and we grew right alongside adding features and platforms along the way. This strategy is what helped us become one of the first mobile dispatching apps on the Apple AppStore and one of the oldest, family owned, CSM software companies around.
